01Acceptance of Terms of Use

02Member Eligibility

03Registration & Account Management

• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or another person's, is strictly prohibited.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. Do not share your password with anyone. MBI 8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Phone Number Verification: A valid Malaysian phone number is required for account verification and recovery in the event of access issues.

05Fund Withdrawal

MBI 8 committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. We understand that your winnings belong to you.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Standard processing time is between 15 to 30 minutes for approved requests.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet that registered under the same member name with an MBI 8 account.
• For security purposes, your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements cannot withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• MBI 8 reserves the right to suspend or decline any withdrawal request deemed suspicious while an investigation is carried out.
• The daily withdrawal limit is RM100,000. VIP members may request higher limits through the support team.

06Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by MBI 8 subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• One Bonus Per Member: Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses received must meet the rollover requirement before winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is typically between 5x and 20x, depending on the bonus type. Exact requirements will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific games. For example, a slots bonus may not be valid for live sports betting or Baccarat.
• Right of Cancellation: MBI 8 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through suspicious means, including arbitrage betting or bonus exploitation.

07Betting Rules

All bets placed on the platform MBI 8 subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases where the match or game is called off by the organiser.
• In the event a football match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded to your account balance unless the match resumes within 24 hours of its originally scheduled time.
• For live casino games, the result announced by the dealer upon completion of a round is final. MBI 8 is not liable for any outcome resulting from a player's internet connection being disrupted.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are clearly stated at each table or betting market.
• The use of any automated software (bots), high-risk betting systems such as Martingale that exceed table limits, or any method that compromises the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical error occurring during gameplay, MBI 8 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund all bets to the players involved.

08Account Security

Account Security MBI 8 is a shared responsibility. We invest heavily in security infrastructure to protect your account, but your cooperation is equally essential:

• Use a strong password – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols with a minimum of 8 characters.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an extra layer of security.

• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report to our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

09Accepted Player Conduct

All members MBI 8 are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud in any form, including the use of false information, game manipulation, or exploitation of system bugs.
• Money laundering – MBI 8 cooperates with the relevant authorities and will report any suspicious activity.
• Matched betting or arbitrage intended to guarantee risk-free profit by exploiting odds discrepancies.
• Deliberate technical interference with the platform's systems, including DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, or use of malicious software.
• Use of insider information or unfair advantage in Sports Betting.
• Abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at support staff or other players in multiplayer games.

10Responsible Gaming & Betting

MBI 8 takes our social responsibility towards the health and well-being of all members seriously. We provide a range of tools to help you play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings panel.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss amount you can afford within a given period. The system will restrict your access to the platform once the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Limit the amount of time you spend on the platform each day.
• Account Cool-Off: Take a break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks with just one click.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform permanently or for a duration of your choosing.

11MBI 8 Liability Limits

Even though MBI 8 strives to ensure the platform runs smoothly and accurately at all times; however, certain limitations apply to our liability:

• MBI 8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, network disruptions, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Maximum liability MBI 8 in any claim shall not exceed the total amount you deposited within the 30 days preceding that claim.
• MBI 8 does not guarantee that the platform will be available 100% of the time without interruption. Scheduled maintenance is carried out during low-traffic periods and will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
• Completed game results and settled bets cannot be voided or altered on the basis of a player's dissatisfaction with the outcome.

12Account Termination & Suspension

MBI 8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• Any term of this agreement has been breached.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• There is exploitation of system bugs, bonuses, or irregular odds.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion.

In the event of account termination at the member's request or for maintenance reasons, any valid net balance (balance minus bonus amounts that have not met the rollover requirement) will be refunded to the member within 7 business days.

13Amendments to Terms & Conditions

MBI 8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following procedure will be observed:

• Material (significant) changes will be communicated via a notice displayed on the platform's homepage MBI 8 at least 7 days before it takes effect.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever changes are made.
